Have a look at the picture below. It is my ‘Thank you high5’. I drew around my hand, and thought of 5 things that I am really thankful for at the moment. Then I decorated it. It was such a calming, nice activity to do. Can you have a go? Think of 5 things you are thankful for and put them on a ‘high5’. Then either upload to GC, email me or tweet to @OgmoreP. If I receive lots, I’ll have a look at creating a collage of them all.
