Good morning you lovely lot!
It's nearly the Easter Holidays and I won't be setting you work for two whole weeks!
So big effort today to complete all the work set by the end of tomorrow.
SO...
English- use the story mountain sheet you did yesterday to help you write the story of Cantre'r Gwaelod in you own words. I have put some help sheets for you as we aren't together to create success criteria.
This piece of writing should take longer than other tasks as it is longer to I don't expect to see finished pieces today. I would love to see some amazing stories by the end of tomorrow though.
Please remember to include some of those descriptive devices we have worked so hard on recently e.g. similes, metaphors, alliteration, onomatopoeia and personification.
Maths- I thought we could do negative numbers again today just to make sure you've got it! I have put the powerpoint back on in case you have just joined us and there is a Galactic question sheet there for you too. Don't forget that Carol Vorderman is offering her Maths classes free of charge. Take a look!
These tasks can also be found at the Hwb site- in Google for Education.
Remember- I publish the names of children who are accessing our different platforms each night.
Please head over to Activelearn/Giglets/hitthebutton etc.
or go and listen to David Walliams read to you.
Have a good day,
Mrs. R x
