Good Morning everyone.
I hope you have had time to look through the home learning packs sent home last week. There are lots of ideas in there to keep your child busy for the next few weeks. Please make use of the active learn website daily for reading books and maths activities. The guided reading questions in the home learning packs will help to develop your child's comprehension when reading books.
Today's task: we have been looking at addition from a 2 digit number and using our head to count on 2,3 and four. Please can you complete some questions like this;
1. 12 + 3 =
2. 24 + 2 =
3. 68 + 4 =
Please feel free to use an online number square if your child needs support and similarly, make the numbers bigger in order to challenge your child if they are ready!
Have a good day!
Mrs Hunt.
