Good morning! I hope you've had a lovely Easter break and have enjoyed time outside in the sunshine.
Now that learning from home is starting again, we have made a few changes. Every day, you will find English and Maths tasks on our Google Classroom page on Hwb. You can upload your child's finished work there for me to see. Here, on the school website, we'll post creative or engaging tasks which you may want to have a go at once your child has done the work on Hwb.
As well as this, please support your child to read their books on Active Learn, to keep reading skills sharp! They should also practise writing their name everyday. Try and make this fun sometimes too - they could paint it, chalk it, write it in shaving foam... and some days, just writing it on paper with a pencil will be just fine too!
Today's creative task is to make a signs of spring poster. You could draw and write, cut out pictures, make a collage - whatever you like. We've had some nice weather during Easter and hopefully, you've had chance to go for a few walks around the valley. What signs of spring have you seen, or maybe even heard? I hope you can upload your finished posters to Google Classroom on Hwb for me to have a look at.
