Morning Boys, Girls and Parents.
I'm sure you enjoyed yesterdays activity. I've been having fun in my garden too. Look at the photos below to see what I wrote using water!
You will need:
A paint brush
A bowl or bucket of water
chalk
An empty washing up bottle( these are the best) Failing that I dug out an empty washing machine liquid bottle from my recycling bag.
Game 1: using the brush paint lines, squiggles and circles onto the ground or an outside wall. No outside space, you can do this activity in the bath as long as you have tiled walls.
Game 2: Using chalk, write a letter/number or a word for your child. Ask your child to make it disappear using the paint brush and water. Write the letters/numbers/words clearly and leave enough space between letters so they can trace over the top using the water and brush. The word should disappear. It's magic!
Game 3: Fill the empty washing up bottle/ washing machine liquid bottle with water. Practice writing your name, letters and numbers. If you need to make this easier write large numbers/letters using chalk on the floor first.
Game 4: Practice writing these high frequency words on the floor. You can either use the paint brush and water or the bottle filled with water; the, to, I, no,go,he, she, we, me,be.
