Good morning everyone!
Some of you will be returning to school tomorrow and all of you will be back in Monday. I know it can be a nervous time the first day back, I felt very nervous. We are all in this together. To calm our nerves I thought we could make a 'Joy Jar' this will be a jar full of happy thoughts. Take a jar from your home, if you do not have a jar a little box will work just fine. Cut up paper to make little pieces of paper, on these little pieces of paper write some things you're excited about when returning to school;
E.g.
- Seeing friends.
- Learning new things.
- Making new friends.
- Playing in the yard.
Etc.
Put these into your joy jar and whenever you feel nervous pick a happy thought out to read. Decorate your jar so when you look at it it makes you happy. Use paint, stickers, glitter, anything to make your joy jar look amazing! There are some photos below for you to look at.
