Thank you Tanni for the message of support for our school
It was lovely to see the children back in class today. I hope you all had a super half term break.
There are new spelling lists for this final half term, which I have sent home today as a paper copy and I will also upload to our classwork stream.
PE this week is a double session on Thursday. After this week the sessions will be as follows:
W/C 14.6: WEDNESDAY and THURDAY
W/C 21.6: THURSDAY (Double Session)
W/C 28.6: WEDNEDAY (inset on Thursday and Friday)
W/C 5.7: THURSDAY (Double Session)
W/C 12.7: WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY
I hope that clarifies the situation.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me Gardners30@hwbcymru.net
I'm looking forward to a busy and exciting last half term.
This week we did coordinates in maths, and have been working on reading, writing and plotting them. In English, we did comprehensions, handwriting, and book reviews. We also did P.E. on Wednesday, where we played Rounders, Stuck in the Mud, and Duck, Duck Goose. We moved Fun Day Friday to Thursday, and we did practical Maths activities, Art, playing games outdoors, and decorating biscuits. Overall, we've had a very fun week in Class 9 and are looking forward to a week off. We all hope you have a nice break too!
This week in class 9 we have done powerful vocabulary and we learned about mountain animals. We found out the features of mountains and mountain ranges. We played rounders and there were fielders bowlers and base people. In Jigsaw We learned about UNCRC and the rights of children and also we learned grid method multiplication.
