We have been learning about fact families this week in maths.
​We have built boats and rafts to save Captain Orange Beard from his deserted island and we have learnt about how to keep our bodies healthy too!

We have had a super busy week learning about Pirates!
Everyone had their own pirate name, and we played pirate games outside. 
We researched facts about pirates and learnt how to navigate a factual book by using the contents, glossary and sub headings.
We added two 2 digit numbers in maths and weighed items in grams and kilograms.
We also started learning about different beach habitats and had fun
​sorting the different animals that live in them!
